17th November 2008 - Immersion announces the End-of-Life for the MicroScribe range of 3D digitising systems. Immersion have decided to focus all of their attention on their medical products.

The MicroScribe, has for many years, been recognised around the world as an ideal and cost effective solution for capturing data in 3D. The MicroScribe was available in a variety of sizes and resolutions and equipped with a USB interface for direct 3D data capture of a physical model to a graphics design or CAD software application.
